About the course

Meetings are the deliberate assembling of individuals to debate on certain issues and problems and to make decisions. Regular meetings enable the team to bond more effectively and coordinate their work.

The success of the meeting depends on the support of the group involved, or the organization behind it and with the intention of achieving goals and objectives.

This course will help the learners to understand the skills and knowledge required to manage a range of meetings including overseeing the meeting preparation processes, chairing meetings, organising the minutes and reporting meeting outcomes.
