• Is GNLA accredited?

    GNLA courses are developed as per the Continuing Professional Development standards and benchmarks set by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. One hour of active learning equals one hour of CPD. DHA courses are accredited by the Dubai Health Authority.

  • Is it compulsory to complete the course within the time duration mentioned in the course?

    The course is accessible at any time till the expiry of the validity period (1 year).

  • Will I be able to access the course after completion of my course duration?

    No, if you want to access the course after the validity period then you need to enroll again

  • Will I be able to access the courses after completion?

    Yes, you will be able to go back to the course after completion. Every course has a validity period of up to 1 year.

  • What happened if I fail in the final assessments?

    You have unlimited attempts to pass the exam.

  • How do I finish the course?

    To finish your course you must complete each module and assessment in the course. When you complete your final assessment with 80% or more, the course should automatically update to complete.

  • Certificate -Will I get a hard copy of the certificate post completion of the course?

    Usually you will receive a soft copy of the certificate, but if you to wish to have a hard copy please write to us at this email ID: educator@gnla.com.au

  • Will I get a certificate if I enroll for free courses?

    Our free courses are designed to provide free training. Students can enroll for the course, but to attain the certificate they must pay the course fees.

  • When and how I will get my certificate?

    A Certificate in PDF format will be sent to your registered email ID soon after you have completed the course and scored a minimum of 80% in the assessment.

  • How long is the GNLA course certificate valid for?

    The GNLA course certificate validity is about 2 years.

  • Are CPD hours and points equal?

    As per continuing professional development (CPD) standards set by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, one hour of active learning equals one CPD point.

  • How do I register with GNLA?

    To register, you need a valid email address, which will become your username. You will also need to create a password, which must be at least six characters long.

  • Subscription and payment -Can I subscribe to GNLA courses?

  • How can I cancel a monthly subscription?
